Curses! I forgot you had a shad
I've just ordered a comfort seat for my mk4. I think yours would have fit.
I could have [vultures circling:icon:]
made you an offer !

The Shad does indeed fit both the MK3 and the MK4
Definately going to replace the lid as it has impact marks and a heavy scratched patch

... just going through the photo's to supply to insurance company and realised in my calculation for cost of repair that I missed off the wind deflectors... the side and handguard ones seem to be sold seperately... both are torn, sides are £200 and the handguard are £150...

I'd guess not, unless you can see some obvious impact damage. Its not like a crash helmet where impact absorption could well occur in the foam parts which you can't see.
Yep back protector especially would need to be replaced, most are compression type - plus jacket etc - will the stitching stand up next time?

If you want to keep it then it may be worth putting all painted panels into a separate spreadsheet column and then give Avalon Fairings a call and compare that price with the panel price. You can of course choose your own colour here - and yes, they specialise in repairing bike fairings with cracks scuffs etc
.

Only paid 4k for it... insured for £4.5k, wish I had insured it for more though... if its got £2.5k of pre-vat/shipping/work damage to it (missing lugs on all listed panels, heavily scratched £450 headlight unit, etc) then maybe its better written off and I just pick up another.

Yeah but I see loads of people out on bikes and feel jealous
I swear people have bought more TMax's since last weekend and are riding past me just to rub it in
Going back to the doctors tomorrow to get something a big stronger so I can last the day at work... first Physio appointment is in two weeks.
