Mileage no problem for the mighty SYM, lesser machines dip your headlamps in respect. Put me down as an interest wherever it is. Would not mind thinking about making it a weekend camping trip if anybody is interested.

The" Silver Ball" café, Reed SG8 8BD may be of use to you for the numbers you are expecting. this café would be more then large enough. It is 10 miles away from Duxford (15mins).

By co incidence I was looking at both these places yesterday. After searching the web they both seem suitable, although to be honest there isn't a lot in the area to choose from. Has any one actually been to either of them?

I have not been their myself, However the local Royal Enfield motorcycle club do use it as do other motorcyclists as half way rest halts during their runs.
Its a Transport Café mainly, I would think the food would be fine café style.

I stopped at Red Lodge regularly when I lived in Norfolk but worked in London, up to 3 days a week 100+ mile each way commute, dometimes in a car/van but more often on the RD250E
