Is this still ON? if so.. I'm not coming too many family commitments this year.

What's the plan for this meet? I'll most probably have free time during those bank holiday days, so i might be able to join in if i can reserve a kennel place for my dog, but i need to plan ahead.

Is there going to be camping or will everyone stay in a hotel? Has everyone booked? Why not hire a static caravan or even a cottage? would work out cheaper than hotel.
