The screws used to hold the top on the master cylinder are made of silver coloured chocolate. I have a similar problem at the moment on my Bandit. Pretty sure they're, by and large, universal with some pretty weird exceptions checking Google. Struggling to find anyone listing just the two stubby countersunk screws.
Buy yourself some stainless Allen bolts. They look nice and last.
