If the weather is as bad, I will have to give it a pass. It is a shame to miss two rides but what can we do with this british summer.silverbonce wrote:The weather forecast is 10 years of rain in 10 minutes between now and Saturday,

Best to leave any decision until Sat evening, some diehard well-suited Muppets may well go ahead anyway, but now I'm on a 125 and have hours of riding to & from I'd likely bail but only if it really looks like non-stop rain.silverbonce wrote:The weather forecast is 10 years of rain in 10 minutes between now and Saturday,

However there's been many a ride that's gone ahead expecting to get drowned and turned out pretty pleasant, so the general approach has been "carry on biking"

The X9 keeps me pretty dry as long as I don't stop! And I have the shortest ride anyway. So unless its really nasty I'll be along.
