Hello All,

Good meetup this lunchtime.

Just a reminder for you to send me your email address and mobile number. I promise you won't get a load of spam from me.

I will be sending out details of the route and any changes that are made. Any suggestions as to the route down (or the return) ideally go to Alan. If we have a central point of contact then hopefully everyone gets the same 'songsheet'.

If anyone has Autoroute 2007 / 2010 let me know and I can email you the Autoroute .axe file

Buch laid vont à Dunkerque (Ugly Bunch go to Dunkirk)

Cheers,

"Ugly Bunch Invasion" has a certain ring to it.

Yesterday Babelfish was saying "Buch laid vont à Dunkerque" (Ugly Bunch go to Dunkirk)

Today it is "Le groupe laid vont à Dunkerque"

Your translation "Paquet laid va à Dunkerque" is coming up as "Ugly packet goes to Dunkirk"

If we were going to Normandy then we could call it 'Ugly Bunch Invasion', Dunkirk on the other hand was a retreat! :)

Is there anyone of the UB on this trip that speaks French at all, or is it going to be English and pointing?

Perhaps 'visit' is more appropriate - one goes to the shops or the bog but one visits places as a cultural event. :P
