Just walked through front door after cracking run through Forest of Dean and over the Heads of the valleys road getting a bit chilly towards the end. Good to meet up with you all.

Sorry couldn't get down but had football refereeing this morning, wish I hadn't as abandoned the match in 65th minute!!! Didn't see anyone coming down the A38 when I was on my way there. Family up for lunch and now babysitting the little one so look forward to seeing the pics
