My dad gets that, they swell up so much, regular exercise helps keep them down.

My Sat Nav is now fully loaded with all the waypoints and route saved, about 40 waypoints had to be added getting it to do what I want, this took me 1.5 hours to do

After lunch I am off out to test part of it

i get lots of exercise with the kids been on this additional tablet for 6 days and my feet tingle a lot and my right arm but no swelling Fheww..

picked up missus from Southampton docks this mornin (sounds funny that ) and all clarifued that its all go for the 12th

yep tracey always said i should go on a ride out, the hastings run always falls when the kids are off school... so missed this for last two years so im all set now, got me gear planned and the route up to starting point is an hour, i generally go this way up to yorkshire, in the car but split to m25 instead of m11 stanstead so should not get lost

I am going to set off a couple of hours early

updated opening post with the ride start time of 10:30 so aim to be there earlier
