Put Puncturesafe in the Black Wing's tyres :)

Had a blowout on my 1400 GTR once on M6 in pouring rain and it wasn't pleasant :o

Paid £79 for 5 litre kit that will do Burgman, car and Motorhome. Good value for peace of mind.

In total agreement Blackwing. Puncturesafe is very good. Fixes 9 out of ten punctures permanently before they even start. Just a tip in case you are not used to using it. If you spot a nail in your tyre or whatever, make sure you have read the instructions on what to do BEFORE you take out the foreign object. Many folk merrily take out the nail without having read the instructions and it doesn't always seal, then they moan! There are things you have to do immediately once the object is taken out to be sure it works. Of course if the bike is in motion when the object comes out then these things happen automatically and in my experience always seals immediately if the hole is 6mm or smaller. Good call! ;)

when you get a hole 6mm or less the gue that lays/runs around the surface area inside the tyre is attracted to the forced out air so seals the hole .. i worked in this industry for a while helping a friend and my sister, the friend has the http://www.tyreseal.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; business and started it many years ago, makes a good living yet its the same old prevention / cure that people dont generally buy into so its a hard job to put over the benefits unless you are in a business that the cost of tyres are huge ... i was a cab driver for many years and never had a puncture once i was using the stuff.. well i did but ... :D we always used to re balance the car tyres after install, so just be wary of initial speed once first running with the tyreseal in.. and overfilling or not balancing tyres can causes vibration at speed so just check :kiss:
when pulling an object out of tyre, have the object at the base (nearest tarmac) then rotate wheel or drive off straight away if possible :D

to be honest ridinhigh they are a yorkshire based company dealing more with the large stuff, and you drive into there facility/garage to have it done domestically.. if you just wanted to do your scoot then buy the one that blackwing bought yet you dont need as much so this will do the trick http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Puncturesafe- ... 3f297f69d5" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

there are about 6 global players that have there own guarded secret ingredients yet they are all about the same proportion of said ingredients... there is one ingredient that all of them get from a single source, and they all tend to work effectively :D

sorry you got your post in before mine, but you on the correct measurement of gunk :lol:
