We've had some weird stuff here, can't describe it but it's not snow so to speak, but what it has done is leave an inch thick sheet of ice on the roads. So looks like work is a no go in the morning (I've just started a new bloody job aswell)

The snow round here (NE) isn't too bad, and most of the main roads are clear. However, its supposed to freeze over tonight which could be nasty. Snag is for tomorrow is the office car park, which is very long and block paved so it could be very nasty.

Falling snow is worse than rain I find.
Snow on the ground isn't too bad, it's ice which I don't like. Back in 2010 when it snowed a lot, I got onto the main roads (gritted) ok, but when anything iced up you'd end up pushing it or going slow with both feet down...

i can suffer riding in snow if i have to like ...to get home or summat.... but its the dopey motorist twat's 3 feet from your numberplate thinking they are goin to intimidate you into going faster.....

my last nitemare experience of this i was commuting home from chelmsford to sidcup....decided to go a12 to blackwall tunnell avoiding m25....

was not fun at all.... had a car transporter 3 feet from my ass on the a12.... i moved over an let it go.... and going down towards blackwell tunnell by hackney...it was snowing heavily...i was riding both feet down about 20 mph...and i had a black cab 2 feet from my ass...and these ass.h.o.l.e.s are sposed to be good drivers....

It seems many people in this country can't drive for shit in bad weather, they drive the same if it's sun, rain, sleet, fog. tosser.gif All we can do is try and give even more of a gap to the vehicle in front to try and compensate.

I find it seems to be the opposite in when I'm in Poland. In the summer they're maniacs but it the shitty weather they (mostly) drive quite well.
