I picked up a givi screen for my fes250.... thought id keep it till next winter but seeing as how its still like winter i put it on.... Firstly loads better than the original screen, with extra height width and built in hand protectors thingies....and with the heated grips its well set up for winter.... BUT..... its like driving with a bus shelter around my head.....I love big screens but this is by far the biggest ive had on any scoot.... id need to stand on the saddle to see over it..
Anyone else have this "sitting in a bus stop" kinda feeling..??
Also.... i think it needs windscreen wipers..... its fecking huge..

I bet it isn't as big as the one you can get for the MP3. I think this one is technically a roof

Trouble with screens like that that condensation, rain, snow, spray could make them potentially dangerous.

i always thought those mp3 screens were kind of cool for commuting. obviously not much fun when you're riding around for fun but for the daily commute comfort comes first before everything. I wonder how much weather protection they provide.

Probably quite good so long as you're moving. But it must be dangerous in a strong wind. And I bet there's some small print somewhere that says you should limit your speed.halfabusa wrote:i always thought those mp3 screens were kind of cool for commuting. obviously not much fun when you're riding around for fun but for the daily commute comfort comes first before everything.
