I spotted the problem with the first Vid straight away, tehy were driving/riding on the wrong side of the road...

Often large lorries will pull to the left to make a right hand turn. However it was clearly turning in plenty of time to stop, clearly rider was more concerned about making the overtake on the car. Even before he does the lifesaver to do the pass you can see the lorry turning.
However, we all make mistakes, hopefully we learn from those we survive.

The second clip the rider was way to fast and not very observant in what was happening ahead. The first clip we don't know how fast the bike was doing, if the bike was doing the national the car is at fault.
