I was very fortunate to get given a Dr pulley HIT clutch & 2 sets of Dr Pulley rollers last year for the master engine. Well I've spent the last 2 days rebuilding the engine in the nexus as I've got the tranny stripped down may as well fit these parts to see what all the fuss is about. My query is that the rollers are not round so I take it they slide? If so are they ok to use in a standard piaggio/gilera variator? Cheers.

They should be fine, they just replace the original rollers. They come in a bunch of different sizes though, so check on the dr pulley website that they are the right size for your variator. In addition, check for fitting instructions as they need to be fitted the correct way around.

This video is a bit rubbish but if you skip to 1 min 32 you'll see the action.
