I've just ordered some of this stuff to protect the metal from the wet stuff and salt that comes off the roads. A fellow biker at work (a regular 500+ mile a week '03 plate Honda VFR commuter) told me about it after I mentioned how clean his bike looked this morning and I was looking for something to protect my exhaust and undercarriage.
Has anyone else used it?, reports I've read online are very positive.

yes its brill!! , not cheap , but total protection, when used properly, I use it all the time , especially in winter.but doesnt do any harm to put a thin film on vunerable parts through summer either.

Scootering magazine nailed some wire wool to a wooden fence and sprayed it with ACF, and nailed another piece alongside....

visited a year later and the untreated wire wool had turned to rust and mostly blown away - the ACF treated wool was still shiny and in place...

A little goes a long way, make sure you warm the can in a bucket of hot water before spraying as it helps it mist, otherwise you're wasting loads. Also don't be tempted to retreat for several months as it's completely unecessary.

It's good to use during the early summer months too as there is still a residue of salt on the roads from the Winter.

Certainly a good idea to use all-year round, but it doesn't need re-applying after every ride or rainfall (like FS365), I suspect that many people needlessly re-apply what is pretty pricey gear.

I found the FS 365 rubbish, the stand on my old GTV seized solid using it. ACF 50 is good, however I really find regular washing and polishing just as good and vastly cheaper.

I wasn't passing a recommendation for FS365, just pointing out that ACF50 (which is excellent) does not need constant re-applying.

The weekend after I bought the GP I stripped all the plastic off covered the brakes and wheels
and used a full can of it. Three years later and not a sign of rust or corrosion. I touch up screws
u clips bolts and other bits with a 50/50 mix of ACF and woxoil applied with a small paint brush a
couple of times a year. I swear by it.
