That was the first vid' I recorded, the second one going the other way, with a slightly higher temperature, did show 90mph on the clock!
The Citycom is noted for its massive radiator for a 264cc. It's been suggested that it was designed with hot climates in mind and some Citycom owners have actually covered half the rad' with mouse mats etc to facilitate quicker warm up so the EFI turns the choke off sooner, thus saving fuel - especially on cold mornings!
The only time mine has gone up a 'segment' was after a 300 mile ride to London then across it (what a nightmare that was!).
Maybe it's time to invest in a 47p Tesco Value mouse mat!
