Bringing back the lustre to your cluster?

Post by SpikeOne »

OK, how does one "reshine" your screen.
I have more than a modicum of scuffs on the inside and outside of my screen, mostly self inflicted and caused by the satnav sliding left and right across the back when in use.
A thin layer of oil polished into the plexiglass after cleaning makes it disappear, but it soon comes back again.
Is there any special stuff, or more conveniently, anything that might concievably be under my kitchen sink that would do the same job.

Maguiars PlastRX is pretty good stuff, takes out light scratches on the screen.
Works on the tupperware as well. About £7 a go.
As I grow older, my mind doesn't just wander......sometimes it buggers off completely!!
You can't avoid growing up, but you can be immature all your life!

toothpaste - but be gentle
No door is closed to an open mind.
Except a closed door, which a mind can't open, but even a stupid hand can.

Doesn't that leave it a bit matt?
