Just realised I haven't updated mine as I moved 18 months ago, how do I move mine?

it was done by someone who did it off of this site, it is not part of the site therefore we can't edit it.

I put mine in the wrong place by accident, I couldn't figure out how to move it so just deleted it and put one in the right place
