Apparently it's a 125 with a big bore kit made in India by Bajaj.
Should make for an interesting ride.

Is there some specific driver's licence that this model caters for?

Otherwise for the city you are better of with a 640.

It's been created for the Far Eastern (Indian) bike market, where 150-200cc is the norm I'm guessing due to selling costs and import duty on foreign made bikes.

Seems majority of bike manufacturer's focus is the emerging (and huge volume) markets of China, India & Brazil, hence new factory plans for many in these sectors.
