If, like me you have a GPS enabled phone which you use as a SAT NAV, you might be interested in this Bluetooth Dongle which allows you to use standard ear buds inside your helmet.
They're selling them off at half price at £19.95 with £2.99 delivery and seem to have excellent reviews.
I have no connection with the company but I have bought from them several times with excellent results. I've ordered these myself.

It's a neat enough bit of kit - but if you've got a set of normal earbud headphones, why don't you just plug them directly into your phone
Surely if you have a GPS enabled phone it has a 3.5mm headphone socket.
Unless you put your phone in the topbox rather than in your pocket I don't see the point - unless I've missed something.

If you mount the phone somewhere on your scoot, the handlebars for example, so 's you can actually see the routing display it's not really ideal to have a bit of wire trailing into your helmet now is it?Terry1100 wrote:It's a neat enough bit of kit - but if you've got a set of normal earbud headphones, why don't you just plug them directly into your phone![]()

Exactly, thats why I use a blutooth headset along with the GPS phone, plus the wire from the 3.5mm jack goes to my amplifier for listening to music, I can run both connections same time with different featuresmelpotter wrote:If you mount the phone somewhere on your scoot, the handlebars for example, so 's you can actually see the routing display it's not really ideal to have a bit of wire trailing into your helmet now is it?Terry1100 wrote:It's a neat enough bit of kit - but if you've got a set of normal earbud headphones, why don't you just plug them directly into your phone![]()
