I dont speak french but i managed to read it ok, my browser has a translate button for foreign sites, i pressed it! and read it!

I do not not have that on safari, if i do, i do not know were to find it

Google Chrome automatically translates the web pages from any language to English.
There is bound to be an App for Safari.

You can find pretty much anything on Google: http://translate.google.co.uk/?hl=en&tab=wT
Just copy the url into the box on the left then click on the link in the box on the right.
