so what security do you have on your scooter?

I only have a £20 oxford chain that i secure around the rear wheel. Been thinking about getting a disclock too.

My Satelis comes with a 140cm ABUS chain that bolts directly into the back of the scooter and is locked from INSIDE the boot. I also sometimes use a disclock on the front if I'm really worried though.

Steering lock, disk lock, chain through both backwheels, bolt on the inside of the up and over, mortice lock on the garage side door.
I'll wager none of the above will stop the thieving toerags if they really want it though...

When I park in the city centre I'll slip my disc lock on but normally I just use the steering lock.

Garaged at home. At work downtown I don't even use the steering lock. The building has a drop-in center for people with mental illness, they congregate in a park next door, and if anybody even looks at my Burger cross-eyed they swarm like mad wasps.

Steering lock, handlbar/rear brake lock thingy grip lock, plus an almax chain through a ground anchor bolted to the wall.

Edit: Oh yeah I forgot to mention I joined the 'Bike to bike' scheme. You display a sticker on your screen/fairing stating you're a member and it tells other biker/scooterist that it is ok to lock their bike to yours by interlocking chains, so you could end up with multiple bikes chained together.

I keep my Burgman under a sheet in the workshop at work and my SH is garaged overnight at home. Sometimes I swap them over. I only use the steering lock if I leave them in the street apart from the time I went to Monaco on my Burg when I chained it to one of the other bikes.

Chain and stearing lock out and about. I'm also in the habit of putting the handbrake on even for short stops in the belief that any yoof trying to just wheel it away won't have the brains to work it out.
Obviously a pro won't give a toss 'cos they will cut the chain and chuck it in a van

i had to read this twice before i got it! i thought someone was locking their scooter to yours but its just interlocking chains isnt it? good idea that
