Scooter Station has road tested the Kymco Myroad.
360° motor with twin balancers and 24,000 km valve clearance check sounds good.

Nice find Gn! Personally, I like the bike. I want to know if it's coming to our shores. There are various rumours it might, but then just as many rumours that it won't.

The review was interesting. It looks a bit of a tubby bike, might appeal to Suzuki scooter fans, I don’t think Yamaha fans will worry about it much. 700cc engine and no quicker than a tmax although it will hold two helmets. Here’s a thing, you often see Bergman’s with 2up but hardly ever a tmax with two on, is this due to the helmet stowing space?

Tmax owners can't afford to buy and run a Tmax as well as take their partner out.
Back to the Kymco - interesting scoot. More of a fast cruiser than a sports machine. Nice to see that there will be increased choice at this end of the market for some, even if the UK misses out.
Also noticed that the engine is related to the BMW one, but with significant differences.

Took me a while, but I got there.
On the other scooter in the pics - I read that development of the big Kymco started in 2004. I think you can tell - it looks like they simply could never stop adding some extra line, crease or other design feature. And what's with the cyclops light?

C:8 grand seems a bit steep to me. That's probably why it never sold.
Nice looking machine though...
