Hi

Post by el burgman »

Thought i'd better introduce myself.
I have been riding scooters for 4 years, I started riding on a suzuki AH 125, which was an import Took my test on it :D
I then moved onto a Burgman 400, which was brilliant, but suffered from the squeeky juddery clutch syndrome, which seemed to be haunting that particular year of Burgman 400 :(
I have also had a Vespa 300ie (super fast, but not so comfortable on long journeys)
Then i came across the Gilera Fuoco, and was so taken with it, that i bought 2 :D A red one first, and then a grey one :D
I have loved riding all my bikes, but i am limited to automatics due to disability (below knee amputee, left leg and a few other things thrown in) I am not getting any younger and having to push these round is getting a bit too much, which is also the reason why i am selling up my present bikes. All have gone now, apart from the grey one. But......
All is not lost.... :D
Because i have got one of these...

It is almost a scooter  semi auto, with reverse
At least i will still be on the road :D Well, i should be  but it is in for repair at the moment, Three rides in and it has developed a fuel leak :(
Oh well, that's my introduction done :)

Pete

Vespa GTS300 Super for practical runabout, Triumph Tiger Explorer for conquering the planet. Car almost obsolete.
