Recently rumours of a new Honda 300 circulated on here and in the past quite a few of us have expressed an interest in a Honda 300cc Maxi.
Well tonight I was having a browse of some euro scooter sites and I found this, not quite an S-wing 300, more of a PCX 300 but definitely
very interesting.

Looks beautiful! I always loved the way pcx looked although it's lack of power was the deal breaker. I wonder what those buttons next to the ignition key hole are for.

The one on the right looks like the same switch as fitted to the PCX which opens the fuel flap and seat, the one on the left might be to open a lockable legshield cubbyhole?

Nice find gn2, I've seen a few forza 250's over in Spain and they are very nice, if only the likes of Honda & Yamaha would bring these scoots to our shores.

Scooter station reckons it uses a modified Sh300 engine where the power is down to 24.5hp but the economy is better. Disappointing, but a reasonable trade-off, I guess.
ABS available, obviously. And apparently they have simplified things such as the transmission in order to make it cheaper.
Only things I don't like are the naked handlebars and the weight - 192kgs (+2 for the ABS). I guess they're happy with that being 10kg lighter than the 2008 model.
Bound not to come here though.

I'm not so sure.
This new model is a simpler cheaper made effort than the outgoing version.
Just maybe it could come here to compete with the X10 and Joymax. (he said in an optimistic tone)
I really like the exposed handlebars, makes it possible to alter the hand position by moving or changing them.
Even though power is down a few horses, if it's slippier it could be faster than the SH.

At last, something slightly interesting from Honda! But the only good thing about the SH engine was its mental engine, and if they've detuned it for this - in a somewhat heavier scoot - it ain't going to be half as much fun. And it aint going to be cheap. Makes the Beverly 350 Touring thingy or even X10 350 look like a good deal....

I wonder if the simplified build and transmission means a lower price than we might be expecting? Fingers crossed, anyway.
Scooter Station has posted a video of the scooter at EICMA. Cannot view from here so I hope that's what this is...
