some sly toerag..

Post by tallpaul »

I went out this morning to unchain the bike before going to work, I thought it didn't look right.... Then I realized it was on It's side stand & someone had taken it off the centre stand hoping to do away with it...barsteward! I'll make sure I'll keep a second Chain on the back wheel aswel.

No mate, I did have my scooter in the garden but It's communal, & the housing association told me to move it out to the carpark. Tbh it was murder pushing it round the gravel path at five in the morning.
I made a heavy ground anchor with a chain that goes over the tunnel of the scooter.
I've been fortunate so far, fingers crossed...

A good ground anchor is an old car engine block.Steam clean it.paint it and pass the chain thru one of the bores.
Pending where u live you may have to chain the block down to stop pikeys
Ive got a 400 burger and i'm lovin it.....

Wooden half barrel 1/4 filled with concrete, insert heavy duty eye bolt then fill to halfway with more concrete. Fill remainder with soil and plant something prickly.
