Anyone got any suggestions to help a friend of mine. The Bike was laid up for a while due to ill health. It went away running well, but now it won't start. The battery has been charged and its giving a healthy spark both on electric start and on kick start. The Plug is dry. There is fuel in the tank.
Any suggestions?

Clean carb, or try a bit of petrol down sparkplug hole put plug back in and try start

Can you still get easy start? I believe its based on Ether. Used to work for me at times in the past.
