Does cheer you up doesn't it. Interesting though that the Police there are using exactly the same arguments as people who disagree with the emphasis on speed cameras over here. Of course, unlike the UK, there are lots of different agencies involved - most Euro countries have several different police forces - so there's lots of inter-agency rivalries going on!
