Due to heavy snow in the weekend, i left my bike at work on friday and came home by train, and set off yesterday early to ensure i was at work on time... I didn't think leaving home @ 6:45 to reach work wasnt long enough! The hemmorroid transport vehicle called the train was ridiculously slow and with many cancellations as well... The usual journey to london bridge which takes 26 mins on a normal day took just short of 2 hours because they decided to ground the train for an hour one station before london bridge.
The reason? Too much traffic! Ffs...
Got back home fine luckily, but today no amount of snow or ice will keep me from going back on my bike... I went downstairs at lunch time to check the burgie out and realised how much i missed it
It was last friday morning when i rode it last time, so its been a hell of a lot of days so i can miss it, right?
Looking forward to this evening. Even the horrible traffic of london looks like heaven compared with the trains... Bloody slavery that is!
