New book on British scoots.

Post by Whatsisname »

Not exactly maxi's but interesting perhaps? The write-up's on the Real Classic bike site.

The article also has a linky to the Coventry Transport Museum, which has a classic scooter exhibition till the end of March.

i have to agree with pikey

the transport museum is great and the scooter bit is a very small part of it

we had three hours on the carpark and didnt have time for a cuppa as we spent the whole three hours in the museum :D

Did we ever make a good scoot?
I did like a couple of German ones, but buying German stuff was not the done thing in the 50's-60's.
