This month's (July 2013) edition of Motorcycle Monthly has enthusiastic reviews of the Burger 650 and Xmax 400. Letters page is full of maxi scooter owners extolling the virtues of maxis as well! MCM is turning in Maxi-Scoots Monthly!!

I get the feeling that riders in the UK are just beginning to to realize the competence of the Maxi-scooter (and not before time ) as a two wheeler to cover all basis from commuting to touring there is nothing to touch them, but I guess you know that already.

Maybe yes..a few weeks ago when I'd just bought the Mk4 Tmax, I was approached by a bloke at a petrol station who wanted to ask me about the Tmax as he was thinking about trading in his Honda Varadero for one!
