New Muppet

Post by bingx9 »

Hi Muppets

I am a old phoker trying to keep up with you yung ones. I am originally from the north east but now reside at Spalding EU!! I have joined this forum because I want and hope to share experiences with people like myself! `whose been around`. I am retired from my work as a Struc/Mech Engineer that I have experienced for the last 45 years. I have been motor cycling from 1966 and been to many rally's since then, `first 1967-Robin Hood`. I have had to resort to the Max Machine because of my health and accessibility.
I am also a member of the X9 forum but I think they have shut down as I cannot open there forum pages. I recognize many people on this forum from the X9 site and it is nice to meet you all again. :D
Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple. `Monkeys on Keyboards`

Hi Bing and welcome. Yes I am on the X9 forum and like you cant get on the site. Supposed to be on a readout Thursday but have not got the meet details, lol. Hope its back up soon. I think as we all get older we realise the benefits of the maxi scoots.

Know what you mean, I've tried it, decided I wasn't old enough yet but am thinking time is getting closer again might have a go at the new 650 Burger when the time is right. Tried the old one last year which I found good but the new one is much improved alledgedly.

Vespa GTS300 Super for practical runabout, Triumph Tiger Explorer for conquering the planet. Car almost obsolete.
