Had a look at this a while back and was thinking of making it a trip 'home' as I'm originally from Ilkeston and still got family there but I'm booked in to meet up with Pikey for the Pie & Mash run on the same day. It's a great little event as I went to the Two Stroke event last month, and totally agree with you about the cafe.
Maybe you could ask if their doing another Scooter event and get the date up early because I would definitely be up for a run home.

I might give this a try. Any idea about times??
