It's only “How do they do it?”, "Mythbusters" and Sky+ that's prevented me from cancelling SKY. I'm convinced I'm paying them to watch their fookin' adverts!
Recently it seems to be 10 minutes of program, then 5 minutes of adverts, 10 minutes of program, then 5 minutes of adverts and so on...

If my kids are still awake I'll record it so I can f/f the ads.

its on discovery at 8 till 8.30 then 8.30 till 9 will record both as info unclear which one , cheers though

i also watched The Motorbike show the other day, which was fun to watch ... not about pocket rockets its about everything really
