Just saw this on londonbikers so I thought mini muppets might want a heads-up before the inevitable happens.
Obviously a dealer will quote you silly prices for all sorts of stuff, but it seems you have to hunt a bit to get an alternative cheaper bulb than £20. Even the link in the last post isn't certain to be the right thing.

Honda part number is: 34901-GFM-971
Its a Stanley HS5 35/30w and indeed they are quite difficult to track down.
The good news: very unusual for them to fail.
