Hello one and all, I'll give you the condensed story of how I recently became a maxi scooterist.
2003 Bad bike crash as a courier> 20 ops over 8 years weakens my leg/knee> 2010 knee collapses whilst stood astride 900 diversion, bike snaps leg badly> Gets a c90 to whiz about on as only light> 6 weeks ago gets new knee :) >Wife now wants to come out on rideouts with me> I've always fancied a big scoot so >ebay none runner YP250 for £250> Fixes it, sells c90. Love it :) ....tests out my new Gopro :D

Hi SadMike and welcome.
You beat me by a few minutes in registering and I think were both every optimistic with our "sunny" greeting.
I haven't suffered like you have to come to the conclusion that maxis are comfortable. My choice is due to age !
regards
Gerry
