The Daelim S3 looks better IMO.

These people seem to like it but one says it's heavy.
I suppose it is if it's 212 kg

the dry weight of your scoot is 171 kilos the WK JETMAX 250 EFi dry weight is 200 kilos so you would have a heavier scoot :D

even the Yamaha YP250R X-MAX dry weight is 176 kilos yet the compact design combined with the large 15inch front and 14inch rear wheels give you the stability and comfort you need on the straight and through corners
the Yamaha X-City 250 id 173 kilos as well although looks lighter

going down to a 250cc will loose top end cruising as 70mph seems is at its limit rather than cruising :D

a bit more homework could be needed , but best go test ride a few like Yamaha X-City 250 as their physical size is easier to handle so to speak :D :D

if weight is an issue then a 2013 13 HONDA PCX 125 cc WW125DE is only 127 kilos and does 110 miles per gallon :D
bob minion has one you could try http://www.bobminion.co.uk/used-bikes" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; at £2195 good scoot to throw about easily :D
The PCX is powered by a liquid-cooled 125cc single-cylinder engine, landing in Honda’s line-up between the China-built Elite 110 and the Italian-built SH150i. The PCX is the first import coming from Honda’s newly constructed Thailand plant.

i totally agree with michaelphilips on the lightness of the pcx. at my old house when i had mine . instead of the 30 point u-turn to turn the silverwing round in the garden, i used to pick up the back of the pcx an walk it round in one..lol..
