Well the nice riding season is coming to an end so am having one last good run out..

leaving West Yorkshire Friday AM

keeping well away from any motorways going across country arriving for lunch at Ponderosa café. Travelling via Bala lake to the first nights stay

Shell Island Campsite, on the coast ( place looks nice with bars and a restaurant on site ) ( £8.75 ) tent pitch... Camping, YIK !!! but cheap

Saturday, going via LLanberis / Snowdonia scenic route to Caernarfon ( for lunch ) then onto Anglesey a quick ride around then staying at a B & B in the middle of Anglesey. Did I mention drinks.... yes for drinks..

Sunday, Via swallow falls and a scenic route back , maybe via Conway then Home....back to Yorkshire

All welcome for part or all of the weekend. I am off with a mate of mine ( he has a Versys 650 ) V nice and me on my silverwing .....bring it on

sounds good, are you riding through Barmouth??,, been to shell island lots of times , the huge sand dunes are worth going to see, the kids used to call it 'hell island', it can get cold if its windy. Sounds like a great trip, ride safe..Im jelous.

I'll be back from Cyprus then and i am in Nort Wales so giz a shout befor the off and i will see whats a foot.

I have done the satnav thing on that tyre ( free programme ) thingy. Its brill and the routes can be emailed to anybody etc etc awesome... YEP I know sad or what !!!!

A trip over the footbridge at Barmouth is well recommended (PTWs are allowed), but ideally when the toll booth is shut!
