Meet at the Woodside café which is on the A5012 Cromford Sunday 27th at 1200 ish
All are welcome ,but the main reason for the meet is to discuss the Belgium trip

1 What you need to take with you

2 If the meeting points and times are all ok

3 Who wants the BQ on the Saturday night and when will we book it.
Do we get taxi to and from the BQ ,I think it is 5 or 6 miles from our campsite

4 Alain will help us with a lead rider for the ride on the Sunday

5 If you want me to book the tunnel for you I will need the money and details before I can book it . £45 .
if you bring the cash with you I will book it the following week ,

Thanks for the offer of £5 , but I can not accept it ,Deb is happy to do all the bookings ,if you give her £1.50 each,
to put in her holiday jar she will be more than happy
The euro tunnel is £45 now , I will check it a day before the meet
