Hello from sunny New Mexico, USA

Post by Yoda »

Bought my first scooter, a Honda PCX150 about a year ago. Too small. Upsized to a Honda NT700V in April, 2013. Too big.
Just got my new Burgman 400 in early October. Just right!
I've already racked up 1500 miles in the first six weeks, including a few two-up trips of more than 100 miles. Exemplary performance for a mid size scoot, with superb fuel economy averaging 62 mpg. The Burgie is much easier to handle than the top heavy NT (Deauville) which had a bad habit of dropping to the ground at the most inopportune times.
I will be touring the USA with the Burg next summer.

Are you sure you don't want to sell us something too? Seems to be a lot of it about today.

But welcome. Those of us in the UK could do with some of your sun right now. It's a bit parky today.

Welcome Yoda. Some pictures of sunny climes would be nice, it is a bit nippy in Blighty today! Still came to work on the scooter though!

A bit quick on the draw with the sun. Gloomy, cloudy, windy today with a high temp about 2 or 3 degrees C. Snow tonight with accumulation predicted. Burgie sitting forelorn in the garage til the sun returns on Tuesday.
