I had a call from my dealer yesterday saying that Piaggio were offering a 'product improvement' in the form of a pair of new rear shocks. My X10 is 10 months old now and has covered 3500 miles. It has been a brilliant scooter in every way and the only problem I have had was with the original pair of shocks bottoming out, these were replaced and it has been fine since, now I'm being offered another pair! Anybody else with an X10 had this offer as I don't see the need to go for a third pair of shocks unless maybe there is a problem, also must be costing Piaggio a fortune!

I had mine replaced yesterday Apparently it was due to a farting noise!!!! I didn't have a prob but I just had the Airflow Givi screen fitted at the same time(which is so amazing) so I thought why not
