Had a look at Sym's website tonight to do research for a possible future multiple order of scooters, its had a big makeover since I last looked at it.
Decided to download the 2014 brochure, in the familiar and popular .pdf format.
Usually this type of file downloads and opens in a jiffy, but Sym's huge .pdf was taking so long I gave up.
Not good.

Nowt on telly tonight then,

Ah they actually have the correct specs for the Joymax 300 now, only a year after it was launched!

The PDF is 101MB, quite a big file but it shouldn't take more than about 5 minutes though TBH - I managed to download it OK with 'Save Link As'.

OK originally I was using my C2D laptop with Ubuntu 12.04
Just tried my Android 4.1 tablet, still very slow to download and open.
Managed to do a Google search for Kymco UK, opened their site, downloaded and opened their 4mb brochure while Sym's was still downloading.

Any luck with the brochure?

Got it downloaded but it takes forever to load all the images.

So what you tempted with?

I'm not.
It was research for someone else.

Why can't the other person download it.
