Many years ago when I used to buy and sell cars an elderly woman offered me her husbands Mercedes for £1000 following his death. Yes you can guess her husband had lied about what he had paid it was worth in excess of £11000. No I did not bite her hand off and told her to advertise it and not take less than £11000.
