Well I've went and done it, after much help and emails to Steve SYM UK who has been very helpful. I have place an order for a SYM Joymax 300 in white. It left Taiwan on Saturday on a 3 to 4 week sea voyage. So hopefully see it early April.

It will be interesting to see how you compare it to your (stock?) GTS300i.
Any reason why you didn't just get one from stock in the UK?

Yeah it's the 2014 version with ABS and start stop. So I think it's the first batch to leave Taiwan for these shores.

Is that a direct sale from Sym or through a dealer?
Think I might have seen you in Berryden Road the other day.

No It's through Huntly Motorcycles. They have been SYM dealers for 10 years so hopefully has a good reputation with motoGB.
Yeah may have been me on Berryden Road was there on Saturday, were you on your scoot?

Hope my 600 as landed and is not sipping cocktails by the pool with your Joymax. Steve from SYM is good I wish some people on here would not give him such a hard time whenever he posts. Will have to try to hook up and compare your Joymax with my 600 when they are both up and running, it looks good on paper, enjoy.
