600 on its way
Just heard from Steve at SYM UK with apologies for delay. Its seems ship is sneaking pass Somalia as we speak and is due to dock at Southampton on the 8th April (Irev can you pop down and check for me). They hope to get my 600 out to the dealer around the 12th so at least we should have nice weather by then, excitement starts to stirr

I am often in your neck of the woods, since I love camping at Roundhills so you would be very welcome to give it a going over. You also have BIkers at Southampton who are a SYM dealer and they carried the 400 when I was looking.irev wrote:On it!![]()

Re: 600 on its way
Just spoke to the dealer who feels the 12th may be pushing it so it may well be nearer the end of April and my retirement date (yipee). He tells me they are selling a lot from the Motogb Portfolio and that the Joymax is doing well. He is also a Kawasaki dealer and feels you are paying for the Kawasaki badge with the J300 (which they have taken a few orders for) and that the Joymax is a better deal, horses for courses.burgerman wrote:Retirement present!!!

Nice one Mr Probe, I can't wait for your totally unbiased review lol. Seriously this could be a great upgrade against my Majesty as the Tmax and Burgervan 650 are just too pricy.

Re: 600 on its way
bias opinions accepted, they probably got more profit in the joymax as a dealer, i know that dealers get an extra 10% of their buying price for their demo scoots, so should be some good dealer owned prices coming for the j300 when it all settles down, when you look at the japs setup on dealers and their location, in my opinion it seems a good choice to go for them, as long as you are happy with what you ride and purchase good on yaspaceprobe wrote:Just spoke to the dealer who feels the 12th may be pushing it so it may well be nearer the end of April and my retirement date (yipee).
