Doesn't appeal to me.
Black, kph speedo, floating discs: all deal breakers.
That's before looking at the service schedule.

Is the service schedule too short in between services?

Floaty dscs: Just a gimmick and something else to wear out.
Kph speedo, disrespectful to the uk market.
Shows contempt imo.
I had a look at the Kymco UK site, ddn't see any blue or yellow options, just the Henry Ford option.

Sadly the UK market is very small, most of the importers build for the big markets: Asia and Europe = kph.
When we get more LCD panels we'll have more choice to switch.

I do like the look of the Xciting 400, could get a lot more people into scootering.

The Kymco does actually have a digital speedo. So the option of mph may actually be available. Its the rev counter that is analogue. I like the look of it a lot. Think the yellow is the dogs! But black only for the UK so far.

Unless a bike is meant to be retro style I don't know why some companies are still using analogue clocks. After all with an LCD display its so easy for them to have kmh and mph at the switch of a button. It really should be a matter of course now for all these companies to provide switchable displays in order to cover all markets.

My Kymco Downtown actually has the speedo in MPH and the digital trips you can swop between MPH and KPH. I would have thought that if it is a UK imported model then it will have the speedo in MPH if it is analog.
