I agree. These twats never get caught either. But if it was me with a tail light out I would get stopped! Really winds me up!

I don't see anything wrong with that - Twat+stolen ped (no numberplate) = accident about to happen. Hopefully preventing breeding.

The only one I feel sorry for is the chap with the camera `fears reprisals`. He really thinks these retards can read?
