Turning off 'Change Oil' light

Post by Chilly »

Can anyone tell me if it's possible for me to turn the 'Change Oil' warning light off on my 2009 400? I do my own servicing/oil changes and changed the oil about 300 miles ago.
Cheers Chris

With Ignition Off, press and hold the Select button for 3 seconds whilst turning on the Ignition. The Oil Change display will blink 3 times then go off. Page 2-14 of the manual.

Riding a Suzuki Burgman 650 L1 and a Piaggio Fly 125 3v

Yes, the above procedure is for the Burgman 400.

Try this for your 650

1) Turn off ignition.
2) Hold both the SELECT and RESET buttons in.
3) Turn ON ignition
4) After 2 seconds the indicator to change oil should extinguish.
