Can you use acf-50 on exhaust pipes?

Or would the heat just burn it off?

I've used bbq paint a few times, ok on silencers but hopeless on downpipes.

Yep I've tried BBQ paint before. Agree. Not good for down pipes.

I use acf on zorsts, it does burn off but not 100% as it still protects. If its a black painted mild steel can id rub down, paint with killrust, then halfrauds high temp black paint, and a coat of acf to finish. :geek:

you can buy manifold paint for cars perfect for downpipes and take heat upto 1000 degrees
