Xmax 400
Xmax 400
Hello everybody had my new xmax 400 for two months now very pleased with it, it goes well easily does a ton on the motorway sit at 80 comfortably two up. The seat is a bit hard for myself and pillion however hope it might soften up with time, it's so versatile with commuting to weekend touring. Having the space for two lids under the seat is excellent. Don't think I will ever buy another sports bike what do you think.

Re: Xmax 400
Hi ya Lee...
Had mine for a year and done 8000 miles...
Never been up around the ton mark...
Apart from the coolant hose popping of the thermostat knuckle...
So worth a check next time you have the seat tub out...
Changed front pads to EBCs...
Dr Pulley rollers and sliders...
And a Brisk spark plug...
Averaging 60 - 65 mpg mostly stop start commuting 35 miles round trip to Central London
There is about another 6 or 7 XMax400 owners on here If I remember right...
Only fing with the XMax400 - its got quite a fat arse!
Enjoy and welcome!
Here is a post from back in Feb with some info...
