I've finally registered after years of visiting as a 'guest'.
Sold my Burgman 400 recently after nearly 3 years of very happy motoring
I'm taking a 'career break' to do some touring with my lovely wife and thought I needed a bigger bike. I now have an 05 reg BMW R1200RT, fully equipped and ready to go but said lovely wife doesn't like it and misses our Burgman.
Anybody out there know of anyone who would consider a swap - my new bike for a recent 650. Value of mine in the region of £5.5k. Or ideas on where best to advertise? Would prefer not to use EBay due to hassle factor.

Why not just trade the BMW for a new Burger 650, they can be had for seven grand....

Yeah, trade it in. No hassle at all then.

Thanks for the advice guys, I was hoping not to have to spend much more but I'll get it to my local dealer this week for prices.

Its the right time to get a good deal from a dealer just get in there and haggle ,its the wife's fault so take her purse lol.
